The Business Owner is the contractor and the only person you will deal directly with during the duration of your home improvement projects. My name is Edward Maldonado and “POPS” came from the nickname I had growing up, a version of the Spanish nickname “PAPO” which was given to me by my mother.
The business was established in 2001 and became a Limited Liability Company in 2006. I pride the business in Providing Organized Professional Service for the average home owner seeking in making improvements to their homes.
The majority of the time, I am a one man show. However, on occasions I reach out to members of my Casual Labor Crew for that extra hand. They consist of family members or close friends.

Edwin is the Senior on the job site, able to grasp concepts, ideas and skills quickly, assimilating without flaws. The most useful in following suit and anticipating the next step, saving time and money on the job. Another member understanding the mission of the business. Edwin is not only a part of the crew, he’s family.
Geraldo Torres - Speedy
The Jokster
Speedy brings the element of healthy entertainment and laughter to the worksite. As an apprentice, he works hand in hand with Pops in always assuring that no single detail of the job gets overlooked. He prides himself on providing flawless details to the tasks at hand. Like "Ben I Am", Speedy is also a long time family friend.
David Jimenez - Dave
The bull
David is the muscle on the job site, the recking ball. The newest member of the crew and most useful during demolition. Quickly learning the basics and most importantly understanding the mission of the business. David is not only a part of the crew, he's family.
